Room Rates and Reservations

The conference registration price does not include hotel costs. Attendees must arrange their own hotel accommodations. A block of rooms at the JW Marriott Shanghai, Tomorrow Square has been reserved at a discounted room rate. The final date for reserving rooms at the discounted rate is 3 April 2010, or until the room block has sold out.

The hotel reservation form must be submitted directly to JW Marriott Shanghai before 3 April 2010. For any reservations received after 3 April 2010, both rooms and rate will be subject to availability. Reservations will be confirmed by the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation/amendment incurred after 3 April 2010, a late cancellation or no show payment for the entire stay will be applied as penalty to each individual.
